IMEC: Together We Achieve Excellence Webinar

Failure to get projects approved and fully executed, with results sustained, can leave those involved feeling frustrated. This often leads to a workforce that is less engaged and involved in solving business problems. Linkage of organizational strategy and tactical projects is a key to ensuring businesses utilize limited resources effectively and involve all levels of the organization to execute on strategic goals. During this session, we discuss why strategy is so important when selecting projects and initiatives. We also walk through a few good practices to help identify, align, and prioritize projects. Recorded July 10, 2019.
